Returns on all Ready to Ship pieces are free. Returns are welcome up to 15 days after receiving your new piece.
If you wish to return your item please contact us to issue the return label. Please note you have 7 days from the issue of the ticket to return the package where after the ticket will expire and you will be responsible for returning the item at your expense.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be returned unworn. Once the item is received and checked, we will process the return. Please note, Ready to Ship items that have been adjusted or altered are not eligible for free returns.
Exchanges of purchases can be made by mail or in store for items of equal or greater value from our Ready to Ship section only.
Manufacture Guarantees and Repairs
Your construction of your piece is guaranteed for 1 year.
We do not offer a guarantee on Gemstones. Gemstones are to be insured by the client through their own policy.
We suggest having your piece professionally cleaned and have your gemstone settings checked once a year. We offer this service complimentary if your piece was created in our studio.
We charge $80/hr. for repairs and have a minimum charge of 30 minutes.
We do not repair sterling silver jewelry not made in our studio.
We do repairs on gold jewelry however we ask that you book a consultation to show the piece to Pilar. For vintage pieces and those made with 22k gold or higher, we ask you to bring all relevant information pertaining to the piece so we can access whether or not we can do the work.
We do not repair jewelry with copper, brass, leather, wood, resin, soft stones or other non-precious materials.
We offer 1 complimentary ring sizing on the following pieces;
- ready to ship items
- custom rings
- in store purchases
All additional ring sizes on purchases above will be charged at a rate of $80/hr.
Our complimentary ring sizing is available for purchases within Canada only.
All rings purchased during seasonal sales, special promotions and events do not qualify for the complimentary sizing.
Ring sizing is not an exact science. Finger sizes can change depending on the season, temperature, time of day, diet and hormone levels.
We can suggest what we think is the best size for the client but ultimately finger size is the final choice of the client.

Clients can find all of the information they need in the product description listed next to the product photo. All details listed are reflective of the piece in the product photo. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they read all of the information associated with the product they are purchasing including finger size, length, metal colour, and gemstone information. We can not change details on a piece, however we are happy to accommodate by creating a customized version. Please note the price of a customized piece is subject to change.

One of a Kind Pieces are unique and not reproduced.
All custom orders are final sales. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us immediately. We offer one complimentary sizing on all rings. Sizing is charged at a rate of $80/hr. thereafter.
We accept the following forms of payment; Visa, Mastercard, Debit, E-transfer, Cheque, Wire transfer and Cash. We do not accept American Express.
In addition we offer a payment plan through Sezzle for purchases up to $2500.00
Buy today, pay tomorrow. Sezzle lets you split a single payment into four — zero interest. Simply select Sezzle when completing your purchase at checkout. The first instalment will be 25% of the total price, the remaining amount will then be divided into three more instalments that will be paid over the course of six weeks. Additional fees will only be charged if a payment fails or an instalment is rescheduled more than once per order.

We require payment for all purchases over $10,000 be made via bank wire transfer.
Shipping is free on all orders of $50 and more within Canada and the USA. Your purchase will be shipped with a tracking number or a certified messenger depending on where you live.
We are not responsible for shipping delays and do not control the time it takes for an item to reach its destination. If you need your purchase for a particular date we suggest purchasing the appropriate shipping method from the selection we offer.
Shipping is not included in the cost of custom jewelry projects. Shipping costs and importation fees including taxes are paid by the client. We choose our carrier based on the value of the shipment. All shipments are insured through us until the moment they are received by the client.
We use the following carriers;
Canada Post for jewelry with retail value of $0 to $1000
Fedex for jewelry with retail value of $1000+
Sales and Promotions
All items purchased during seasonal sales, special promotions and events are final sales and therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.
This includes shipping for items purchased on sale.
